2026 Shop Projects
One of our favorite Vermont Shop Hop traditions was back this year — and it did not disappoint.
For 2026, we reintroduced the Shop Hop Quilt, an original design created exclusively for us by Judy Thomas of Yankee Pride Quilts in Essex Junction, VT.
Quilters picked up their $7 passport at any participating shop and traveled to all 9 stops on the hop, collecting a stamp and a free block pattern with a technique sheet at each one. A few shops even tucked in a bonus block, bringing the total to 12 blocks for those who visited every stop. Quilters who completed all 9 shops received the finishing directions to bring their blocks together into one quilt.
Along the way, several shops put their own spin on the design, giving it a whole new life. Below, you'll find some of those projects — created by participating shops using the 2026 Shop Hop blocks.
